ExamPlanner provides study tools, plans, and resources to assist your preparation. We do not guarantee success in any examination. Exam outcomes depend on many factors beyond the scope of this platform, including your personal effort, the exam conducting body's criteria, and other circumstances outside our control.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, design, and materials on ExamPlanner are the property of ExamPlanner or its content providers. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any platform content without explicit written permission.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct that we determine to be harmful to the platform or other users.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of significant changes.
